The fact is: Barracuda and Zebra Hybrid bowstrings are more similar than they are different. All of our bowstrings contain the patented "ZS" twist technology. This technology uses counterclockwise and clockwise twisted filaments to balance a bowstring and eliminate peep sight rotation. In addition, both high-performance bowstrings are manufactured with a precision blend of Vectran and HMPE, innately making them stretch resistant and very stable. Furthermore, Zebra Hybrid and Barracuda are both constructed using our proprietary pretwisting and high-tension serving process.

Of course, a diverse set of needs demands a diverse set of strings. The difference between the two lies in our proprietary Barracuda pre-stretching process. By pre-stretching the fibers of our Barracuda strings, we remove any unnecessary stretch. Because of this, our Barracuda strings are slightly faster and require less initial maintenance than our Zebra Hybrid strings.
